Norfleet Point's Community Docks will be tucked around the point on the deep waters of Little Creek, which flows into the Pungo at the community's point. The Docks will feature a boat ramp and a dockhouse, a welcoming community shelter crafted with natural materials to blend quietly into the landscape. Every resident will have the opportunity to access the water and dock their boats moments from their doorstep.
