As Beautiful Now As It Was Then.

Today, Norfleet Point appears much the same way it did when Algonquian Machapungo Indians lived here thousands of years ago. Canopies of oaks, cedars, maples and poplars shade the property. Rare for the region. Rarer still for a master-planned, riverfront community. Old growth trees are a testament to the way the Norfleet family nurtured their family farm. It’s a legacy that lives on through shaded sanctuary and roads that turn and twist to make way for stately hardwoods. There’s good reason you don’t find land like this very often. There simply isn’t any other land quite like it.
