Though the two never met, Jim Wiley of Beacon Street Development and Dr. Ed Norfleet surely crossed paths on the Pungo River more than once. The two grew up experiencing the beauty and adventure of life on the water firsthand. Of course, Dr. Norfleet would pursue a medical career. And Jim would develop timeless, inspiring neighborhoods.
